Dmitry Serant is responsible for the general management of the Company, as well as for the strategy of development in key activities.
Dmitry Serant has been working in the power generation industry since 1992. He participated personally in the reconstruction and commissioning of a series of facilities in Russia and overseas, including Tunçbilek TPP (Turkey), Skawina TPP (Poland), and more. From 2005 to 2009, Dmitry Serant was the Head of SibCOTES CJSC, a comprehensive engineering company.
From 2009 to 2016 he held a position of the Chief Executive Officer of COTES CJSC engineering company. From 2015 to 2016 he was the Director of Strategic Development and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of COTES CJSC. Many projects of construction, reconstruction, and refurbishment of the heat and power facilities have been completed under his direction both in Russia and overseas. From 2014 to 2017 Dmitry Serant was acting as CEO of Engineering Company C&S, a joint venture of Russia and China, established for implementation of the large-scale power generation projects.
Dmitry Serant graduated from the Novosibirsk Electrotechnical Institute in the Automatics and Telemechanics discipline and from the Novosibirsk Economics and Management Institute in the Economics and Finances discipline.
