Natalia Palkina has been working in COTES Engineering LLC since 2019. In 2012-2019, she held the position of Director for Legal Affairs and HR at COTES JSC (renamed to Ennova JSC in 2019). In 2012-2017, she worked as a Director of Legal Affairs at COTES JSC, being responsible for the operation of the company’s legal department. In 2009-2012, she was a leading legal adviser, and then the head of the legal department of COTES JSC, providing legal protection of the company’s economic interests. In 2006-2009, she worked as a leading legal adviser at SibCOTES CJSC, providing legal expertise of the projects.
In 2004, Natalia graduated from the Tomsk State University, School of Law. She is constantly mastering her skills by participating in the specialized advanced training courses, programs, and seminars. In 2018, she began studying coaching and completed several specialized programs. At present, she is continuing to deepen her knowledge and skills in the field of business coaching and strategic coaching.
