Deputy CEO for design
Anatoly supervises and performs the design works at COTES Engineering at all stages. He ensures the fulfillment of COTES obligations in terms of design, manages and coordinates the work of the company’s design unit and collaboration with the customers and contractors.
Anatoly has been working at COTES Engineering LLC since 2020. Previously, he held the position of a design director at Intertekhenergo LLC. In 2008-2014, he worked as a chief project engineer at COTES CJSC. He directly participated in the construction projects of a 195 MW Primorskaya TPP (Kaliningrad region), expansion of the Severnaya CHPP-21 with the installation of a CCGT-450 (St. Petersburg), construction of a CCGT-450 of the Urengoyskaya GRES, and expansion of the Krasnodar CHPP with the installation of a CCGT-410, etc.
Anatoly graduated from the Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), Faculty of Power Engineering. In 2002 he received the degree of Ph.D. in engineering.
