Head of the project management department
Pavel is responsible for the COTES business activity relating to the reconstruction of energy facilities of the forestry enterprises and pulp-and-paper mills. He is well aware of the specific features of pulp production and has a unique set of competencies and skills for modernization, new construction or technical re-equipment of the power facilities in the pulp and paper industries.
Pavel has been working at COTES Engineering LLC since 2018, first as a Deputy Chief Project Engineer, and then as a Chief Project Engineer in the Integrated Design Department. Since November 2018, he has been the Head of Integrated Projects in the Project Management Department.
Prior to employment at COTES Engineering LLC, Pavel worked at Intertekhenergo LLC: in 2014-2015 as a 1st category engineer, and in 2015-2017 as a leading engineer of the General Layout and Transport Department. In 2017-2018, he held the position of a head of the General Layout and Transport Division.
In 2011, Pavel Dudin was employed by COTES CJSC as a 3rd category engineer of the Power Facility Design Department, and then the General Layout and Transport Department. Pavel started his career in 2007, when he worked in a company operating in the chemical industry being a student.
Pavel Dudin graduated from the Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SIBSTRIN) in 2011 majoring in Engineering (Urban Construction and Economy).
