COTES has commenced field supervision over the construction of inter-shop communications at the construction site of the PCM of Ilim Group

COTES Engineering team is completing the development of detailed design documentation under a contract for the design of inter-shop communications at the construction site of a new pulp and cardboard mill (PCM) of Ilim Group in Ust-Ilimsk. COTES has developed detailed design documentation for galleries, overpasses, underground utilities, and a number of infrastructure facilities, including foundations and a receiver with piping for compressor room No. 3, part of the documentation for fan cooling towers, a construction part for a block complete transformer substation, and a fire extinguishing pumping station.
The base scope of interdepartmental communications is galleries, overpasses, and pipelines. The project includes pipelines for a wide variety of media: acids, alkalis, process water, steam, non-condensable gases, and also a bus duct. Overpasses are made 1-4 tiered, in accordance with all regulatory documents.
COTES also completed the detailed design documentation for the new fire extinguishing pumping station No. 3 to ensure the strict fire safety requirements of the 
facility, in accordance with FM Global standards. The building will be equipped with two fire pumps, one jockey pump, and one diesel pump. COTES also completed the underground networks of utility and surface water sewerage and fire-fighting water supply .
COTES team has already commenced field supervision at the site, which will last until the end of 2022.
