Refurbishment of the Gas Incineration System of SRB-14 in the Affiliate Branch of Ilim Group has been completed

COTES Engineering has completed the design work under the project for the upgrade of the system for disposal of fool SOG gases of SRB-3000, Stage 14, in the affiliate branch of AO Ilim Group in Bratsk. To dispose of SOG gases, an upgraded boiler burner and a backup diesel burner were installed with VEY-7 along with the auxiliary equipment..
COTES has developed the detailed design documentation, provided the support of the industrial safety expert review, and performed field supervision over the construction. Moreover, COTES specialists have finished the equipment supplier’s scheme in terms of automation, designed gas control system with the installation of analyzers sensitive to gas leakage. Basic design, startup, and supply of a new flare and upgraded basic boiler burner were made by Finnish company Valmet Oy.
The work was completed in time. The COTES Engineering employees proceed with their work on other projects for Ilim Group.
