COTES Engineering at WasteTech 2021

COTES Engineering has taken part in the WasteTech 2021 exhibition in cooperation with the manufacturer of the waste disposal equipment, Sumitomo Shi FW. The 13th international exhibition and forum for waste management, environmental safety technologies and renewal energy WasteTech 2021 was held in Moscow on September 7-9, 2021.
At the joint exhibition stand , COTES and Sumitomo demonstrated the most advanced technologies and equipment which allow for the efficient and environmentally friendly disposal of solid municipal waste as well as industrial waste with the production of electricity and thermal energy. Sumitomo reported on the equipment manufactured by the company.
The companies presented the technologies tested in Russia and abroad:
readily scalable modular units for the waste disposal on the grate (1 to 4 incineration trains for incinerating 30,000-200,000 tons of wastes per year);- fluidized bed boilers which allow for the transition to incineration of a wide range of coals, low-grade fuels and wastes, including SMW, RDF, agricultural and industrial waste;
- efficient, reliable sleeve ash collectors with low output concentrations (10-20 mg/m3), operation and maintenance friendly.
In total, over 200 participants from 19 countries took part in the WasteTech exhibition and conference. More than 50 experts presented their best solutions, innovative technologies in waste management, environmental protection, and “green” power energy.
