COTES holds skiing relay and says “Goodbye, Winter!”

On the first day of spring, the 1st of March, COTES closed the skiing season with it’s team relay. Eight teams, 4 members in each, toed the starting line to win the freestyle relay with the distance of 800 meters. There were variously trained skiers: from those who skied in high school last time to candidate master of sports. However, no one gave up, every sportsman came up to the finish. The following team took the premier place: Pavel Dudin, Anton Serant, Alyona Novikova, Anna Zeidlitz. They were awarded medals and corporate gifts.
After awarding ceremony the competitors and supporters gathered in the outdoor dinner event and celebrated the end of the Pancake Week. Having recreated by pancakes with caviar and hot tea, COTES’ team said “Goodbye, Winter!” and, by tradition, burnt the Maslenitsa doll.
