COTES Engineering and Taganrog Boiler Plant discussed joint projects

In early August, a delegation from COTES Engineering visited the Taganrog Boiler Plant (TKZ) at the invitation of Power Machines PJSC. Top managers of these companies discussed issues of their interaction. The issues concerned the development of design and construction documentation at the facilities where the companies are already operating today, as well as within the framework of projects implemented by the plant under the DPM-2 program.
Particular attention was paid to environmental and efficiency issues, including the organization of oil-free ignition of pulverized coal boilers, the introduction of systems for reducing polluting emissions and monitoring the flue gas composition. The participants also discussed issues of organizing a full cycle of work related to boiler equipment, including express inspections of boilers and auxiliary equipment, as well as commissioning and adjustment work.
Both parties were satisfied with the results of the meeting. A positive synergistic effect is expected from the combination of unique knowledge about equipment, technological and production capabilities of TKZ, and COTES Engineering integrated approach. At the close of the meeting, a protocol on cooperation was signed, which reflected the main aspects of promising cooperation.
