COTES specialist has wins the All-Russian Heat Power Engineering Contest

A young specialist of COTES Engineering, Polina Belyavskaya, took part in the All-Russian Heat Power Energy Contest in the city of Ivanovo from the 9th-10th of April, 2018. Polina’s team (including 5 students from the Novosibirsk State Technical University) took second place among 19 strong competitors. Students from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Minsk, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Kirov, Ulyanovsk, Ivanovo and the Republic of Belarus were represented in the contest this year. 4 hours were provided for resolving tasks on hydraulics, boiler plants, heat and mass exchange and engineering thermodynamics. After the end of the contest, the participants were invited on an interesting excursion to the Huadan-Teninskaya CHP plant (CCPP-CHP plant) (Yaroslavl Region).
