COTES Engineering performs project management based on PMI PMBOK

Twenty COTES Engineering employees were rewarded with the PMI PMBOK international certificate for project management.

Directors, managers and engineers of this company really maintain a solid level of competencies in their area of knowledge, follow up new technologies and are always learning non-stop. At the end of June 2018, 20 COTES employees enhanced their project management skills through training provided by PM Expert.
COTES Engineering increased project management efficiency through the implementation of the latest version of PMI PMBOK (Guide, 6th Edition, 2017). “Along with an expert, we detailed the applications of these management methods in current projects across the company, says Vitaly Kuchanov, chief engineer of COTES Engineering. We expect the control responsiveness of our work to be improved by 30%. We have already started applying new tools, enabling careful observance of our deadlines and budgets, as well as proper risk management. We will see the results careful planning; foreseeing bottlenecks and avoiding unexpected events. We rely not only upon the fundamentals of the most popular global standard, but are able to manage projects at any level as a united team, speaking the same language”.
