E4-SibCOTES, a multi-disciplinary engineering company, provides engineering, design, commissioning and testing of equipment, energy and environmental audits for large-scale power facilities. The company provides Owner’s Engineer services as well. Since the date of its foundation in 1992, SibCOTES has grown from a small technological firm to one of the leading Russian engineering companies with a stable reputation in a large-scale power industry market. In 2006, SibCOTES became a member of the holding E4 Group, in 2009 the decision has been taken to rename the company into Å4-SibCOTES. E4-SibCOTES Head Office is in Novosibirsk, the subsidiaries are in Barnaul, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk, Pavlodar (Kazakhstan), Representative is in Podolsk.
The company mission is to contribute to the efficiency improvement of power industry in Russia and other countries worldwide by providing high-quality and high-tech engineering services, which meet the requirements of the customers and the needs of the whole community.
E4-SibCOTES is developing dynamically, the number of orders, projects and professionals working for the company is constantly growing. The number of large Russian and international tenders won by the company increases annually. Due to a well-established business standing, the geography of SibCOTES’ activity is constantly extending. In 2008, net sales of the company amounted to more than US$50 million. Today, about 700 specialists of the company join their efforts in order to develop the best possible new technical solutions and to practically apply them at the facilities of the customers.
The specialists of E4-SibCOTES devised and got certificates for a number of technological innovations recognized and applied worldwide, such as horizontally-and-vertically-staged combustion system, pneumatic flow enhancement system for raw-coal bunkers, adjustable coal-burners. Together with its partner –MST –company developed Tornado DCS and got the certificate. E4-SibCOTES applies both the innovations of the Western companies and its own technical developments, uses state-of-the-art software for making design calculations, preparation of design estimates and construction documents.
